Rob and Leslie Ann first obtained their real estate licenses in 1974 in Florida. A successful Realtor is also an entrepreneur. In their 37 years of marriage, they have not only been Realtors but entrepreneurs. They have owned and operated a campground, canoe outfitting business, outdoor products distributorship, retail clothing and environmental gift store, restaurant, and a bed & breakfast. In all of these enterprises they bought and sold the underlying real estate. They have personally owned commercial, residential, farm, annual rental, vacation rental, and time share real estate.

Upon relocating to Colorado in 1997 Rob obtained his Colorado Broker’s license and has been a multi-million dollar producer ever since. Leslie Ann assists Rob and also has her broker’s license. The two of them have vast business experience and can creatively solve complex real estate negotiations. They also get great satisfaction from working with and empowering first time buyers.

Rob and Leslie Ann first discovered Boulder when their only son decided to attend the University of Colorado. During their son’s freshman year they bought a vacation home in Nederland, which they still own. Their son, Patrick, married a girl from Boulder, Angela, and now Patrick and Angela have two daughters, Nyssa and Violet. Rob and Leslie Ann delight in being grandparents!
